What You’ll be Doing  
Looking for an opportunity where you’ll make an impact on people upskilling their career? In this role, you’ll ensure records are maintained, information is compiled, and forms are submitted to client and state agencies to initially license/appoint and keep insurance agents licensed/appointed. You’ll also file forms and other records for licensed agents and applicants within an appropriate time frame.  

You'll report to the Office Manager You’ll make an impact by helping our associates to successfully obtain their insurance license(s) and appointment(s) to allow the company to conduct business in each state.  This is a part-time position during the hours of 7am to 3:30pm, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of customer, vendor, contract and staff information.
  • Answers phones, takes messages, and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.
  • Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes, mail, and emails.
  • Maintains and updates filing, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer
  • Adherence to contract and addendums in functions related or unrelated to specific job description such as employee handbook guidelines and contractual stipulations.
  • Communicates with employees and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information, and communicate other feedback.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management or Authorized Team Members determined by Management.

What You Bring to the Role 

  • Resourceful to partner successfully with teams, management and clients. 
  • High level of integrity, judgment and follow through.  
  • Keen attention to detail and desire to follow procedures.  
  • Great technical, analytical, verbal and written communications skills 
  • Dedication to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of customer and employee data  
  • Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Oracle, Kronos or adeptness to learn technology quickly.  
  • Minimum of one-year clerical experience

  • The anticipated range is 21.40 hourly. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
