Bilingual Customer Service Representative –Spanish-English

$15000 MXN hiring bonus if you are hired to our Premium campaign working on site.*
Applies only for the new hires.
$5,000 MXN upon graduate from training (5 weeks) and Nesting (4 weeks), at the end of the first 9 weeks and with a minimum requirement of 95% attendance during those 9 weeks.
$5,000 MXN upon completion of a total of 16 weeks (7 additional weeks to the first 9), with a minimum attendance requirement of 92% during those 7 weeks.
$5,000 MXN upon complete 4 weeks in production (after completing the first 16 weeks), with a minimum requirement of 92% attendance during those 4 weeks.
*Requires the highest written and spoken English level. Quantity before taxes.

What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. 
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Answer incoming communications from customers 
Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
What You Bring to the Role
Advanced English and Spanish both written and spoken
Open availability to work any shift, including evenings and weekends
Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously (multitask) 
Competency using Microsoft Windows
Live in Mexico City or its surroundings – that’s perfect
