Talent Acquisition Client Account Lead

What You Will Be Doing:
The Talent Acquisition Client Account Led will act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated client account. In this role, you will partner closely with the Poland Country Talent Acquisition Lead, who will handle the hiring of open positions, while you maintain overall accountability for ensuring client satisfaction and delivery of recruitment solutions. You will have a dotted-line reporting relationship with TTEC Operations team to ensure alignment with their business goals and operational needs.
This role requires a strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, manage relationships and deliver strategic insights to enhance the client's talent acquisition outcomes.
During a Typical Day, You Will:
- Serve as the primary POC for the TTEC operation and dedicated client, ensuring a deep understanding of their culture, workforce strategy and recruitment goals.
- Set and manage expectations with operation and client, providing regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges and strategic solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the country TA Manager, who will manage the hands-on recruitment of open roles, acting as the intermediary between the client, operation and local TA team.
- Build and deliver polished, data-driven presentations that effectively communicate recruitment strategies, outcomes and recommendations ensuring presentations are engaging and actionable.
- Participate in operations and client meetings to stay updated on workforce needs, capacity planning and performance metrics.
- Track and analyze recruitment KPI’s, preparing and presenting regular performance reports to both the client and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams and clients to support the pursuit of new business opportunities through development strategy design, HC solution build, launch cost estimation, client presentation and contractual documentation build/review support
- Facilitate project execution through establishing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, leading and directing the work of others and monitoring project progress to ensure a quality deployment is completed on time, according to specifications and within budget
What You Bring to the Role:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 5+ years' experience in talent acquisition, client account management or recruitment operations, ideally focused on sales recruitment in an RPO or BPO environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Human Capital / Human Resource with an emphasis in project management preferred
- Certified Project Management Professional preferred
