What You’ll be Doing -
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Identity Access Management (IAM) to lead our IAM team and oversee the implementation and management of IAM solutions, particularly with expertise in SailPoint, Okta, or Ping Identity. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the the security and efficiency of our organization's digital assets, systems, and data access

During a Typical Day, You’ll
oDevelop and execute an IAM strategy aligned with the organization's security and business objectives.
oProvide guidance and expertise on IAM best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
oLead and mentor a team of IAM professionals, fostering their growth and skill development.
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IAM operations.
·IAM Solution Management:
oImplement and maintain IAM solutions, including SailPoint, Okta, or Ping Identity, to manage user access, authentication, and authorization.
oMonitor, evaluate, and enhance IAM policies, processes, and controls.
·Security and Compliance:
oEnsure the organization's IAM practices are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
oProactively identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.
oDefine and enforce access control policies to protect sensitive data and assets.
oImplement identity lifecycle management processes to efficiently manage user access.
oCollaborate with vendors and third-party partners to optimize IAM solutions.
oEvaluate and recommend new IAM technologies as needed.
oDevelop/optimize and execute incident response plans related to IAM security incidents.
oInvestigate and remediate access-related security incidents.
What You Bring to the Role
oBachelor's/ master’s degree in computer science, or a related field
oOverall IT industry/IAM experience of 12+ years, Proven experience in IAM leadership roles, with at least 2+ years in a Director-level position.
oIn-depth knowledge of IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Okta, or Ping Identity.
oStrong understanding or enterprise technologies integrating/ augmenting IAM technologies e.g ERP/ Active Directory/ O365/ Cloud etc
oStrong understanding of security principles, access controls, identity life cycle and regulatory compliance.
oExcellent communication and leadership skills.
oRelevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications, are a plus.
