As a Supervisor you will be responsible to lead and manage, develop and motivate a team of professionals assigned to support the client, ensuring each member adheres to all processes, work instructions and polices. You will guarantee the team performs and achieves the specific targets, according to the relevant Business needs. You will achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness in the day-to-day operations of the team through observation, feedback and improvement of the work processes, internal communication and organization of delivery.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Cascades business strategies, priorities and metrics appropriately; 
  • Ensures performance and KPI-s are met by the team;
  • Recruits and supports development of capability; 
  • Plans, directs and monitors operational activities;
  • Coaches and mentors direct reports, conducts Performance Reviews with TTEC employees, provides continuous feedback;
  • Sets Goals and measures for employees, while developing common team mission, vision and shared values;
  • Develops and implements staffing plan;
  • Ensures employees have the critical training to perform jobs;
  • Resolves employee issues, concerns and problems;
  • Conducts performance reviews;
  • Assist with completion of HR processes and documentation;
  • Certifies employees have individual development plans in place; 
  • Rewards and recognizes employees’ achievements;
  • Conducts regular team meetings and events.

What Do You Need To Be Successfull?

  • Fluency in English;
  • Experience in managing teams;
  • Employee and client focus;
  • Good leadership skills;
  • Very good organizational skills, prioritization and delegation to meet specific functional area goals;
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Experience in Supply Chain projects is a plus;
  • High level of planning and organizational skills;
  • At least 1 year of professional experience on relevant position.
