TTEC (formerly TeleTech) is seeking a Senior. Product Manager to join our marketing management team based at our HQ in Denver, CO.

What you’ll be doing : 
You are owning and driving the products in our Customer Technology Services segment, specifically with Cisco Contact Center technology solutions and contact center as a service product offering, including planning, budgeting, roadmaps, go lives, and continuous development. Working with product marketing and software development, you will realize and continuously improve the solutions. TTEC (formerly TeleTech) delivers and myriad of disparate technologies, both 3rd party and organic on behalf of our global 2000 client base. You will work with the Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, the Head of PLM plus the business leader of the technology segment you own. You will be part of a very diverse product and marketing team where you would bring exceptional best practices and rigor. Our dynamic product portfolio includes technologies such as omni-channel, contact center software, customer experience applications, demand generation & customer acquisition web technologies, insights & analytics platforms, CX & CRM automation, processing, and bots.
We are transforming our business to focus on the next generation of customer experience, engagement and growth. This is a key role in the product transformation for our enterprise.
You will be responsible for :
  • Competitive assessment and positioning
  • Support and identify value drivers, strategic priorities, new adjacent and disruptive offerings (e.g. artificial intelligence, chat bots, data analytics)
  • Own product realization, offer roadmap management and client centric roadmaps pricing
  • Support the development and ongoing updates to marketing materials
  • Conduct sales calls and drive the product demonstration program for your offerings, including sales demos and labs.
  • Meet with existing customers to define needs and align offering
  • Work with strategic 3rd party software partners to influence their roadmaps

Desired Skills and Experience :
  • Prior Cisco contact center product experience is preferred
  • Master of product management lifecycle driving practices, tools, and methodology to ensure strategic planning matches go to market and growth enablement plans
  • Experience with agile & product engineering methodologies
  • Experience taking highly technical requirements or high level ideas and drive to technical requirements while working with across all business unit leaders (IT, Ops, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Vendors, etc.)
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C customer engagement management through omnichannel and advanced contact channels
  • Strong preference for individuals with experience covering customer experience, CRM and/or Analytics
  • Range of professional experience is 10 yrs.
  • Education : Bachelor degree desired
