What you’ll be doing : 


Facilities and Security Directors lead the overall facilities management multiple Teletech sites globally. They ensure that the site’s critical systems are operational 24/7 through regular inspection and maintenance. They oversee and may perform the safety, security, and general maintenance activities at the site to maintain a safe and pleasant working environment for all employees and visitors.


You will be responsible for :

  • Directs Regional Facility and Security Department Organization
  • Providing sound leadership, direction and expertise to department managers and staff to meet goals, initiatives and objectives. Identifies and recommends opportunities for development and performance improvement.
  • Overseas Team Responsible for Functioning of Business Systems Including Mechanical, Electrical, Fire/Life Safety as it pertains to our Buildings and Related Areas.
  • Interacts extensively with Global Real Estate, Facilities & Security Senior leadership, department managers, and staff as well as Strategic Sourcing to facilitate the effective provision of services through planning, idea sharing, problem solving, and decision-making to develop and implement cost-effective programs including training, service, equipment selection, codes/standards compliance and quality improvement.
  • Works in Active Collaboration with Business Stakeholders from Operations, IT, Executive team to develop and implement comprehensive plans that through qualitative and quantitative measurements to compliment TTEC’s strategic and operational plans; focusing on service excellence, growth, and fiscal responsibility.
  • Optimizes the strategies that enhance the organization's position within the Larger TTEC organization and create the most efficient system of delivery. Ensures cost efficient and effective delivery of services, alignment of resources, appropriate capital planning, work process improvement, and utilization of human and informational resources.
  • Provide support to Real Estate, Finance & Accounting on rent payments, budgeting/coding requirements and questions.
  • Partner, advise and maintain relationships with business units and clients to create a win-win atmosphere for the organization.
  • Assist other Departments and resources in support of site selection process.
  • Promote and maintain positive landlord relationships.
  • Assist Real Estate Team with creation & development sustainable solutions for internal customers for real estate requirements.
  • Create & solve and/or provide support to special projects – i.e. Construction, Major Projects


 
Desired Skills and Experience :



  • Strong background in having supported large facilities and critical systems operation.
  • Strong track record effectively managing large operating and capital budgets with discipline and precision. 
  • Strong track record of having managed and developed high performance teams, ideally working within a leveraged, outsourced operating environment.   
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills and proven capabilities effectively representing businesses and driving decisions with   senior executives. 
  • A proven ability to influence and collaborate across groups, and at all levels of an organization, and build virtual teams.
  • Strong project management, organizational and entrepreneurial skills.   
  • Has knowledge and skills to abstract data creating specialized real estate reports
  • Has in depth knowledge and experience in accounting/finance.
  • Proven analytical and business discipline.   
  • Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects
  • Strategic planning
  • Ability to plan at both a strategic and execution level.   
  • Passion and energy for enabling the employee experience. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft business operations, business groups and managing teams at Microsoft is a plus.
