Employee Concerns Investigator
 
TTEC is seeking a seasoned Investigator to join our HR Compliance Team. Employee Concerns Investigators operate as neutral, independent advisors to Operations, reviewing and evaluating issues/concerns. This position ensures that company policies and procedures are being followed (including the rules and regulations of the client) and that behavior in the organization meets the company’s standards of conduct.
 
What you’ll be doing :
  • Conducting and documenting effective, thorough and objective investigations of employee concerns including health and safety issues (including Workers’ Compensation matters), and fraud;
  • Assisting/Advising Operations on steps to take to resolve employee concerns;
  • Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with HR Business Partners to develop solutions, programs and policies; and
  • Delivering awareness programs that promote desired behavior.

 
 
What skills you’ll need :
 

• English fluency


• BA/BS


• PHR, SPHR and/or graduate degree preferred.


• At least 4 years’ experience in Human Resources. Preference given to applicants with experience in Employee Relations,  and/or company Internal Audit, Ethics & Compliance, and/or Law departments.


• Demonstrated capacity to observe strict confidentiality


• Superb analytical problem solving skills


• Very high level of attention to detail


• Meticulous business writing skills


• Strong organizational skills


• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines


• Effective presentation / demonstration skills
